1Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or booking a court you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use Kourt.
2The Kourt service
Kourt connects players looking for a court with the hosts who run them. We are not the owner or operator of the courts listed on the platform.
3Your account
You need an account to book or list a court. Keep your credentials secure, give us accurate details, and tell us straight away if you believe someone else is using your account.
4Booking a court
A booking is a contract between you and the host of the court. Kourt provides the platform where that booking is made and confirms it on the host's behalf.
5Prices and payment
Prices are shown per hour, as stated on the listing. Kourt does not process payments: you pay the host directly, in the way and at the time the host tells you. Any invoice, VAT or receipt is issued by the host.
6Cancellations
Cancellation windows follow the policy shown on each listing at the time of booking. Cancel or change a booking through Kourt so the host is told, and agree any refund directly with the host. If a host cancels, they should return anything you already paid them.
7Listing a court as a host
If you list a court you confirm that you are entitled to rent it out, that the details and photos are accurate, and that you will honour confirmed bookings and keep the facility safe and usable.
8Acceptable use
When using Kourt you agree not to:
- Resell or transfer a booking without the host's agreement.
- Damage a court, its equipment or its surroundings.
- Harass, threaten or discriminate against other players, hosts or our team.
9Liability
Sport carries risk and you take part at your own risk. Kourt is not liable for injuries, lost belongings, the condition of a court or any payment you make to a host.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are announced in the app and by email before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
